Can I add I’m absolutely shock- that u is this sad. I do feel bad but if you don’t want pity what can I do. May I add if you need someone to talk to I’ll be there. I just don’t understand how you always act so.. happy. I got depression from simply realizing how good my life was compared to others I’m not stressed I don’t understand pain! But as I get deeper and deeper into what I’m not supposed to I get more sad so I would suggest trying to talk as much but not uncomfortabley or idk I spelled it wrong just not to the point where you feel awkward but bottling up your emotions generally will destroy your mental health.
