to use this base, and design your character you too
1.Go between Layers
2.Color
3.Move things around in layers
4.color things in
5.delete some things you don't want with the trash can for layers
6.you have to know all this stuff, before you can make a character
and if you make a character can you put it here please?So I can like it and see what you've done
and you don't HAVE to use the things I used, you can add things of your own.

ok so you have to download it, so copy and paste the link, then download it. and then hit the settings button on flipanim beta editor, then hot the blue upload button next to a piece of paper, then upload the file.
