My therapist was really nice She actually listened to me unlike my other therapists and honestly felt like a friend She also had these fidget toys in her office that I always used and she let me keep one! I haven’t seen her in a year but I wish I could again.

I only knew her for a year I’ve known you for like.. a year and a half so you’re a slightly better friend than her.. plus I haven’t seen her in a year which gives you more points for being a better friend Now if you want to be the best theN HAND OVER THE FIDGET SPINNERS AND OTHER FIDGET TOYS N O W I N E E D T H E M

I know fidget spinners aren’t popular anymore but they help with my anxiety sometimes.. I feel the constant need to fidget with something and if I don’t I’m twitching and shaking all the time.. this isn’t healthy
