CogsWelder He works as a Welder, he mostly makes decorative cogs but also makes other things such as metal flowers. He is a time jumper and can jump back quite fair, he's not sure HOW fair, and doesn't really want to find out. He's content with his job as it is and doesn't wish to be a Time Keeper.

His goggles clip together at the font, that's how he puts them on over the sail. And he clips them behind his head when they're not in use.
