Who is neoncat556? Well, neoncat is a popular flipanimer who was registered in march 9, 2017. She had fun making animations with her main oc, Neon. Then the other day, she look at comments filter. Then her parents came to see it. There was bad stuff on the comments that aren't kinda kid friendly. So her parents had to ban her from using the website. Until then, she made a new account called neontoaster. So her parents don't find out. She may not use the website ever again. *cries* end. This is a copy btw
