LinkA good drawing site is Paint Tool sai which gives you a 30 day trial and Firealpaca which is more simple. Clip Studio Paint is also good for animating. On android their is a app called Flipaclip, I personally love it... my YT is Spy kat, you can get some ideas from there, even if I don't have many episodes
