Well, the lines are very jagged and the limbs are out portion. He kinda looks like he's having a stroke because of the eye placement, And I can't really tell what he is (I'm guessing some sort of monster.) but I think its good for a starter on flipanim, just try working on anatomy and character design and I think you'll be good.

Honestly, your art is really good! I can't seem to find anything wrong with it, the limbs are proportional, I can clearly see what the character is. And the anatomy is on point! 10\10!

Your art is really good! But I do have a few complaints, the tail seems to be just a little bit to high on the body, and the neck and arms are really small and slim (I'm not sure if this is a choice of style or not) the character design itself is pretty good accept for the colour pallet and the unfitting name choice. (there is nothing related to chocolate or Nutella in this character is what I'm saying) overall, I enjoy your art and encourage you to keep drawing. 8\10
