This website keeps growing and growing! Unfortunately, that makes my job... harder. Finding someone with at least 2 exceptional animations, who’s been active in the past month, and has under 10 followers is becoming a near impossible task. So, I’m lowering the bar. The requirements are the same, expect they can have under 20 followers. Please don’t hate me for changing the rules, Dawn.
