Okay The body shrinks a lot during the in phase, um, the paws don't move as much as they should they seem to be stuck in one position. The tail not moving too much is really nice, good job on that... I've never seen a cat run close up though so I can't give you much better advice :,)

Ok, u might want to try to move the body a bit more, a cat’s spine is super flexible and kind of arches when they run, and there needs to be more animation in between the frames, and the tail needs to move more, but otherwise nice job! U know wat since I’m not making any sense just take a look at the one I did: Oh but try bending the body more than I did and actually do something with the tail (unlike me)
