Linkplease i need somebody to talk to i did a terrible thing and im freaking out
i think i just overdosed on my anti depressant.
worst part is an overdose can lead to death,
im trying to be calm about it but i cant because im freaking out
try counting to 10 while taking deep breaths??
maybe drink water?
have you talked to your mom abt it??

im really worried because the symptoms of an overdose inclide nausea and im already feeling very nauseous
and the worst thing is like it can end in coma
