LinkIs it me or sand***** infected me. Cause kmy mom and my sis. Had a 30 sec. talk about her own responsibility. and she cried. my dogs ALWAYS (sometimes) Fu*king fights in the middle of the night. And I have a symptom or something that is called ADHD, that can cause isomnia. Which, I have. and I can't sleep. Fuxing help me

*Blurrs out the swears because I'm only 9* Anyways, ADHD is when you can't control your mind and you can't really listen to orders. Is that true? If it is, try calming yourself down during the middle of the night, turn on the light and read a book to help you relax. Also try something that calms you down before going to sleep. If you are hearing many noises, GET SOME DANG EAR PLUGS- Oh, um, I mean get some ear plugs. If the noises are too loud, then you have no hope. I'm sorry. But, did you think I helped? (I probably didn't.)
Well, if S.B. really infected you from ADHD or something, I have no idea what you can do.
1st response is, no. can't control your mind? I'd but it caused by poor sleeping habits or somthin. ._.
