The mask is inspired by Roman helmets that adorn a face on the front, and is said to seriously unnerve other Archaes as they see it as incredibly "uncanny valley"-esque. However the same effect is not present in other races, whose brain are not geared towards recognizing faces in Archaes, as well as Archaes' are. In order to properly wear her cloaked armor, she's broken her horns and docked her ears, which is depicted in her mask. Her body is covered in the scars of more recent, and older scars, her wings tattered from her decades of combat experience. While she does shed her feathers, they never come back right, due to damage at the roots. She does have two wings btw, just didn't draw them.

With the average archae being 6'1, Tres stands at a monstrous 7'6, and is quite terrifying in comparison to most humans With a bit of assistance from her armor, she can flip cars, however can't really fit in them comfortably.

I know a use she/her when their pronouns are they/them but she uses she/her around her friends and family, but if anyone else is around, she strictly uses they/them to conceal her identity. She's not trans, just ashamed of herself

Also if you didn't know, Kintsugi is the Japanese(or Chinese, I forget) art of repairing pottery with gold or cover the adhesive in gold, highlighting the imperfections and breaks and making them beautiful. That is this characters' inspiration.
