if you can't read my bad writing basically draw something with a background in the same layer, then duplicate it 4 times and use the yellow marker and make the first one red and the second one blue and the third one green and the fourth one yellow. Then erase the layers except the one you duplicated around 0.80 to make it transparent and move all of the colored layers slightly
