I still have no idea on a name but fakemon lore. Basically they're like a bubble of water and they can't keep their form on ground because of the gravity, so they just flop into a puddle.

But if the opponent uses a water attack, they'll gain their normal form for 2 turns. This lil dude is super friendly! It will swim around other ocean happily. It gets attached to pokémon and trainers easily
