You had been friends with Naruthiel for a while now. You and him were in a garden at the time, admiring flowers that were blooming around the east side of the garden. Without warning, Naruthiel h̶a̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶f̶v̶c̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶s̶e̶i̶z̶u̶r̶e̶ drops to the ground and begins vomiting out blood, his eyes turning to unearthly colors that are hard for you to percieve, everything else on him turning pale. Naruthiel: -It seemed as if he were trying to talk, but the sound of his talking was overrun by the amount of blood coming out of his mouth-
