Link I recently took a test to see how well I might do on a Mensa application test. When I got the results, I got 22/33, which meant that "I had good chances of passing it." For those of you who don't know what Mensa is, it is a group of people with IQs in the top 2% of people. But on another test, it said my IQ was average. I have a feeling something isn't right. Can somebody explain what's going on? Of course, I may have just done very poorly for myself on the IQ test, or very well for myself on the Mensa Application. But before you congratulate me, this does not mean that I am in Mensa. The next official test is in late April of 2018, which is my next chance to get in. But if you take it once, and fail, you may not try again. So can someone please explain what may be happening?

idk what IQ is, cuz why would i, but u can only take it once bc probably theres only 1 set of questions, so they don't want u to do it once, then memorize it and pass.

LinkDon't worry, I already know that. I suspect that my IQ is not 130 or higher, and that I am just below that, but I can still pass it with a little bit of luck. See, I'm one of those kids who doesn't care about grades, only getting into the best classes and staying in the best classes. A single test should be passable for me.

LinkYes, I know. And no, I do not get magic powers or the password to the vault of fidget spinners. But it just makes me look smarter if I'm in a society full of intellectuals. But there is also a "High IQ Society" for people in the top 5%, instead of the top 2%. But instead of taking a test, you have to have a proven document that your IQ is 124 or higher. If I manage to get into either/both of those, then I will probably have more/some authority to other people, which is something I have not had much of in my whole, short life.
