I can see it too, I think she got the colors off at some point and tried to cover the mouth, so it came out as that and she didn't notice...

This was made back in 2016, when FlipAnim had limited resources. It was also made when the beta editor didn't exist.
Next time check the dates before you start commenting.
UGH, what is this garbage?! This anime art is an abomination! The proportions are all wrong, the anatomy is a mess, and the coloring is amateurish at best. It's like the artist didn't even try!
