Sometimes I dream about them, if you just sit on your bed and not do nothing there is a high chance some creature or plant or object to join will just pop into your head, I like so I draw a lot of cats (I like Eevee and silveon to so I drew those) just observe nature and how it moves for animating skills and for ideas. Your Favorite things, stuff in the kitchen, just look around the house. Go for a walk, all of those can give ideas
