I would recommend work on your anatomy, like the breasts(?) and the arms and head. And to work on your hair physics First, the breast: your breasts are going through the neck, and looks like it cab't carry the whole body. Second, the arms: the arms a way too small for the body, and it looks like it can't carry the body's weight so make sure to make your arms bigger. Thirdly, the physics: the hair physics make no sense e.g with the back if the hair excluding the pony tails, is not making any sense to me, in general the hair looks like it's blowing in the wind, but the faces fur is not blowing in the wind. Lastly, the head: the head is way too big for the body, and the eyes are in the ears, and the side of the head is bigger than the chin, so try yo bring it down.
