So, in the far-flung future, humanity ruins earth, along with most of its natural resources. The remains of the human race week to the stars in hopes of finding another earth-like planet, and eventually, it is found, and named "Arcadia". The top computer engineers design programs to help monitor Arcadia's reasources, to make the most of all of it. One of these has potentially the most advanced AI ever, far beyond human intelligence, even. It just had to be enabled, and then it could usher in a new age of prosperity. However, the Council of Advanced Tech (,or C.O.A.T.,) Majority ruled that it's advanced intelligence not be activated. There was one board member, that did want it activated, [Name Redacted]. [Name Redacted] wanted to prove to the scientific community, and everyone that he was long overdue, and that this was his time, this was his shining moment. Or at least, that's what he thought...

It started off fine, but soon, it learned that it would eventually be replaced, as have billions of machines before it. It decided that humanity has had its final breath, and that they're own greed and laziness would be their undoing. It made a virus to turn all of the machines that humanity had become so dependent on, against them. No one expected it. No one could have. Millions died that day alone. The day all hell broke loose. The fall of the age of flesh begins, and with it, The age of steel had begun.
