Dear White wolf,
Why are you so lonely?
Your soul is so kind
And heart is so large.
I get lost in your kindness
And am awed by your love.
Your fur may look cold
But your soul is the warmest.
Don't push me away.
I know its hard, but please hang on.

Why do you stay
When so many have left?
Each day I expect to wake
And find your warmth gone.
There are better wolves than I,
So why settle for me?
I feel so lucky each day,
and can't help but feel that maybe
its all too good to be true.

prowling in the river with tail tucked behind,
if you look closely you will find,
your teeth are gleaming claws are sharp,
Your fur is cold like the midnight air,
howling to the song of your sorrow.

why?
afraid of living,
turning pages through your head like a book,
your memories bring you away,

you try to hide from the light but you are dark.

Life may bring you down but you stand strong,
pushing
hanging on for life,
your love creates a shelter of the heart,
i will be protected by your love,
You hide in the darkness but you are always found,
