Linklike I don't eat lunch at school and I don't eat breakfast so all i
eat is dinner and I do wrestling every monday and wednesday so I get
exercise and I only weigh 135 pounds and my sister doesn't have to do
a sport but have to do a sport per season

they're ****ing bodyshaming you. don't change no matter what they tell you. write/draw your feelings in a sketchbook or anything if you have one. you deserve to space out from them. also they're starving you... couldn't that be brought to attention by the authorities? (i'm not saying try it but you could mention it to them)
you're not alone... my siblings have been called fat/slim in the past.
whatever your body looks like i'm sure you're a good person.
