A) You had been walking for what felt like forever. You were just going for an evening stroll, but it had been hours by now. Something in the woods had drawn you in, and you had followed it for a bit. By now, the thing was long gone, and you weren’t sure if this was still real. Maybe you his was just some dream. All you knew was you needed something this far into the forest. Food, water, shelter, even a blanket would help. You turn around o see if you can go back the way you came, but the path you took is nowhere in sight. The city’s far too far away to see from these miles within the forest. You kept walking forward, until you heard a bit of rustling in the bushes.

B) For years, you had always wanted to work at the old-style arcade down the road from where you grew up. While everyone else in class had dreamt of being a firefighter, or a policeman, or something else grand and spectacular, you wanted to work specifically at that arcade. Now, you’re (insert oc age here), and you got hired to clean the whole arcade after it closed every night, and to conduct maintenance on the machines. You’re very excited for your first night at work, so you get yourself a new flashlight and everything. You work for a bit, but after an hour of vacuuming the old carpet in the prize area, you hear a noise coming from the storage rooms.

(OC ref?-) The one-eyed cat just stared up at you and smiled.

(Of course!) It crawled out of the bush and walked towards you. It was staring you dead in the eyes, still smiling with its human teeth.

“No! Wait! Come back!” the cat shouted, running after you.

“Hurt you? Noo, neve! I wanted to give you some food and water, human. You look tired- and a long way from home I assume, hm?”

“I’m Sinister. Sinister the one-eyed cat-well, not quite a cat, but I’m close to being considered a cat. You know, some people just think I’m a normal cat! That’s just dumb of them. I clearly am not an average cat-“

“I’m not a cat since I have teeth that looks like a humans, I have no claws, I can talk, and, wel… a few other things.” Sinister yawned. “And the one eye? It’s what I like to call decoration. Scares people off, ya know? Don’t want no eye staring at you at night when you’re trying to sleep, now do you?”

A few moments passed with a heavy silence. The cat just stared into your soul. “Well, what are we doing here? Why don’t you come to my den with me! I’m sure the others won’t mind a human guest!”

“ come on, follow me!” Sinister shouted, starting to walk a bit further into the forest.

“Of course! We all did- even the others, though, it’s hard to believe Sunflower sometimes. She gets a temper- and speaks Latin. Quite a silly one, she is.”

(*cries in knows latin irl*)

(Latin is actually a really fun language) ”Oop- we’re here!” Sinister said. They had arrived at what looked like an abandoned cabin. Light was leaking through the bottom of the worn front door.

“Oh, it’s fine. Now would you mind opening the door? I can’t reach- I normally go in the cat door on the other side, but I would feel bad if I left you go in all alone- the others can be a bit unfriendly to guests, especially humans.”

(is there some sort of error?) Sinister walked inside about three feet and then sat down. “I’m home!”

(what do you see-) About seven eyes could be seen coming from a dark hallway. As they got closer, they were seen to belong to two other cat-like beings- one with two eyes, and a scar where a third must have been- and another with five eyes. The two-eyed one was quite small- and it’s right ear had been torn. The other was quite big and fluffy, with long, flows fur. It was twice as big as the two-eyed one, but nowhere near Sinister’s size. (For comparison, the five eyes one is the size of an average house at. Sinister’s the size of an 8 year old. And the other one’s just small.)

Sinister stood up, walking towards the other two. The other two looked over at you and hissed a bit. Sinister smacked them both and said something in a different language.

The three cats approached you. The two eyed one groaned. “I’m Fisher, you scum of a dying species.”

The five eyed one stepped in front of Fisher. “Excuse Fisher.. she’s quite rude. Some days I’m shocked her uncle adopted us all. I’m Sunflower.”

Fisher rolled her eyes. “No, it’s not. Humans are the scum of this Earth. Ask any of the locals. They’ll tell you.”

Sinister looked you in the eyes again. “What was your name again?”

“Nice. Do you want to have a seat? A drink? Maybe some trail mix?”

(Like currently? They can all change colors) Fisher is deep brown, sunflower is a sandy orange, and Sinister is a navy blue) Sinister walked to a sofa and sat down in front of it. “Here-“

Sunflower dragged over a big bag of trail mix.

“Mhm!” Sunflower chirped. Fisher mumbled something from the corner of the room.

Sinister went over and smacked Fisher. He started yelling at her in Latin

Sunflower rolled her eyes. “He’s not even using grammar. He’s just yelling insults at her. “

Sinister turned to you, smacking Fisher one more time. “Nonsense! The forest is too dangerous at night for a human. Why did you think I came to rescue you? There was something not far behind you that could have eaten you!”

(Okay! If you want we can continue this later when you return-) “Oh, there’s so much more.”
