snd like, when i know its my fault when theyre upset

im bad with words i wish i could say what i really mean when venting so my thoughts would be like- seem like, more meaningful or something

and when i vent to someone they tell me it isn’t my fault knowing it is and its just, so confusing for some reason people telling you its not your fault you made them upset but they’re upset over something you did
