Camilla lingered in a tree, her limbs drooping from the branch.

Camilla didn't pay attention to Felix, her eyes were closed. She was just chillin'.

Camilla opened her eyes, looking over at Felix. She jumped and fell from the tree, spooked. (Nope lmao, I have 162 and feel like I need more)

Okay

(They anthros?) Camilla sat calmly in a tree, her back up against the trunk. She let one of her legs hang off, as well as her tail. She took a deep breath, looking down at her arms.

(Mm, how about anthro?) Camilla had her sleeves covering her arms, keeping the faces and their stupid voices quiet. She sighed, looking up at the sky through the gaps of the leaves.

Camilla jumped at his call, almost falling from her branch. She looked around, pulling her sleeves down even further. "Quiet.." she whispered, jumping from her perch. "Hi?" She answered, looking around. She didn't see Silverware yet.

Camilla continued to look around, "I don't know, where are you?" She rolled her eyes as she heard his growl. She stepped away from the tree, looking past it and then wandering off to the left. She then saw him on the stump, "oh, found you." She leaned against one of the trees.

"We're Camilla. And you are?" She flicked her tail side to side, slightly nervous about him. She got bad vibes off of him, since he was being so mysterious around her. But she couldn't blame him, maybe he was hiding something like she was.

Camilla tensed, "oh, that's what we've taken to calling ourselves.." she looked down, 'bad excuse...' she thought to herself. She wasn't ready to tell him about those stupid faces yet, and their stupid ability to think and speak for themselves.

Camilla looked back up, "I'm just hanging out. I live nearby, as I really don't like to socialize that much.." she crossed her arms as she looked away.

(I gtg for 30 minutes hold on D:)

(I"M SO SORRY THAT WAS AN HOUR NOT 30 MINUTES)

Camilla tilted her head, "huh, live around here too, or just distancing yourself?"

Camilla smiled a little, "interesting. Well, I'll try not to bother you too much. Don't wanna spoil this place for you." She laughed, then quickly stopped. She jumped up the tree, sitting down and looking down at him. She fell silent, just staring into space.

Camilla smiled a little wider, "that's nice to hear. I could say the same to you, you seem chill." She leaned against the trunk of the tree, using the hood of her hoodie as some sort of cushioning. It still wasn't very comfortable.

"Hmm.. my favorite thing.." she thought for a moment, "there's a rock I own, it has strange runes in it. The runes glow, they're blue. I feel a connection between it, and apparently, my eyes flash blue whenever I touch it."

"..teal blue, why?" She seemed confused, turning her body to face him. She looked at the glowing cracks in him, her tail swaying.

Camilla jumped down, completely surprised. "Wait.. wait wait, come with me!" She grabbed his arm and started to run, dropping down to four legs to get faster. She sprinted through the trees, leading him to her home.

Camilla stopped, looking back at him so he could catch up. Once she was sure he was close enough she ran again, but slower. She needed to show him this rock, maybe they somehow had a connection... she sprinted to a tree, kicked the door in, and bolted up the stairs that were carved into the hollowed-out trunk. She went up to the first platform, rummaging through a drawer and pulling out the rock. The X's in her eyes flashed the teal-blue, and she looked back.

(Ooh that's kinda cool,,) "It fixed your pain?" She looked down at the rock, it glowed even more when he touched it. It started to vibrate softly, which made her flinch. "I think you're drawn to it too.. I wonder if there's more of us, or if it's just us two?" She looked up at him.

Camilla was too confused and fascinated to say much else, placing the rock into his hands. She sat down on her bed just across the room, thinking. "Are we related or something? Or is it just connecting us for other reasons we don't know about?" She sounded dumb, but she was just really confused.

Camilla laughed a little, "no I meant us! But yeah, that could explain part of my history, and my mother's obsession with tribal stuff.." She stared up at the ceiling, continuing to think.

"Aw, that sounds sad.." She sat up and walked over to give him a hug, wrapping her arms around him. "Here, pretend that made up for everything in your childhood." She joked a little.

(Sorry for the late reply) She sat down next to him, "you're welcome. It's nice to know that I'm not, either." She looked down, "I have something to show you, now that you've shown me what you were hiding."

Camilla pulled up her sleeves, "here, look. You can talk now, guys.." she seemed uncomfortable. One of the faces on her arms blinked, "finally. You keep us quiet too long." One of them said. It had a different voice from Camilla, and it looked at Silverware. The other said nothing, it just stared at Silverware as well.

"I have a love-hate relationship with them. They can think and speak for themselves, which makes them rather annoying..." she rolled her eyes, "but thank you." The face glared at Camilla, "you're annoying!" it cried. The other remained silent. It seemed shy.

"I usually just avoid around them, they don't get that dirty anyway. I just can't swim, or I'll end up drowning them or myself." She covered them back up with her sleeves, placing her arms back down.

Camilla nodded, "yeah, I've lived here for a while." She hopped up onto her bed.

Camilla smiled, "thanks. I made it myself, it took a while but it's nice to stay in." She looked back at the rock on top of the dresser. She wondered where it came from, and why it was so magical..

She shook her head, "no, I found it at the bottom of a lake."

Camilla nodded, "yeah. They might've seen it as a curse or something. Maybe they found out about its history.. and wanted to get rid of it." She got a bit tense, looking at the glowing runes the rock had engraved in it.

Camilla leaned against the wall, "Yeah. And I was just sitting and looking at the view, before I saw something glowing at the bottom."

"Probably. It glows whenever I'm in the general area, I don't know the exact distance though." She continued to stare at the rock.

Camilla shook her head, "no. Didn't smell anyone nearby either. It must've been in there for a while."

She nodded, "yeah. But it glowed so brightly it went through it." She stood up as well, walking over. She ran her finger over it, "it's really smooth, too."

Camilla sighed, "we're blundering around in the dark here. We need something to shed light, any ideas?" She swayed her tail.

"I'm sorry about your parents. I'm sure my mother knows something, but.. I haven't seen her since I was 7." She looked down, "not sure where she is."

She put her paw onto his, "yeah. Let's hope she didn't succumb to old age yet." She smiled weakly, "we should try tomorrow morning. It's late," she looked out the window, the sky was dark.

"Of course not, feel free to stay as long as you'd like. Upstairs is another bedroom if you'd like it." She smiled a little, going to her bed.

"Night." She turned out the lights, pulling the blankets up and falling asleep.

Camilla woke up mid-sunrise, and she stretched. She yawned as she got up, grabbing her comb from her bedside table. She ran it through her tufts of hair and then put it away, walking over to her dresser to change.

Camilla undressed herself, pulling out a plain, oversized white t-shirt and jean shorts. She put them on, tying the ends of the shirt in front, revealing part of her stomach. She felt comfortable showing the faces on her arms with Silverware around, but she grabbed a jean jacket to cover them just in case they encountered anybody else.

Camilla looked over, "yep." She fixed her posture, then opened the drawer and took out the rock. She put it in a locket, it was just small enough to fit. She wrapped it around her neck, tying it together. "Are you ready?"

"Let's get going, then." She smiled, walking down the spiraled stairs to the base of the tree, opening the door. She left it open for him, "last I saw her she was off to the east, just on the outskirts of the forest. I don't know if she's still there, that was.. 13 years ago."

(DARN I gtg,, hh I'm sorry,, can we continue later?)

Camilla sprawled out onto the grass, stretching out. She smelled Akayashi's scent through the wind but didn't think too much of it. She yawned, looking up at the bright blue sky. She watched as birds soared above her, chirping and cawing to each other.

Camilla sighed, rolling back to her paws. She stood up straight, padding past the tree and towards the plains. She was hungry, craving field mice.

Camilla could smell Akayashi nearby, and she looked around. Didn't she pick up this scent earlier? She shrugged to herself and crouched down low, beginning to stalk through the tall grasses of the plains. "Can you catch us some, too?" One of the voices asked, and she rolled her eyes. "Fine, fine.."

As Camilla followed the scent to the mice, she came upon the berry bush. She was on the other side, and poked her head through to see if that's where the mice were hiding. Lo and behold, that's where they were, snacking on a few of the ripe and juicy berries. She opened her jaws wide and grabbed both of them with a quick chomp, tearing her head out of the bush. She had decapitated both of them on accident, and she put their headless bodies down. "Whoopsies.." she didn't know Akayashi was on the other side of the berry bush yet.

(Hold on I gtg for like 30 minutes D:)

(I am SO sorry, I didn't expect that to be an hour,, I had to pick up my grandpa from surgery)

(Yeah he's fine :D) Camilla jumped, swatting at Akayashi's paw. She slightly hissed, spooked. She looked past the bush and saw her, her fur puffing up slightly.

Camilla jumped back and arched her back to seem bigger, puffing out her fur. She then laid it flat again, noticing Akayashi wasn't hostile. She circled around her mice and then sat down, saying nothing.

Camilla tried to hide the faces on her legs with her tail, not wanting Akayashi to know that they weren't a pattern. She went further behind the bush, trying to hide from her. She quickly stuffed the mouse heads into the mouths of the faces on her legs so they'd shut up about being hungry.

Camilla huffed, she didn't want Akayashi, or anyone, knowing about the faces on her legs. She felt like an outcast because of them, and she didn't want to get forced away anymore. She sighed and ate the mouse bodies, looking down at the faces as they crunched on the heads. She frowned, why couldn't they just go away?

(It's okay!!) Camilla sighed and shook her head, trying to be-rid the thoughts. She looked up at Akayashi, "we're Camilla, by the way. Who are you?"

(No don't be sorry it's okay!!) Camilla tilted her head at her voice but didn't say anything about it. She slightly smiled, "good to meet you, I suppose.." her voice was quiet and soft.

(Dw so do I lmao) Camilla watched as she poked the insect, her tail flicking side to side.

Camilla's pupils dilated as it hopped away, and she couldn't help but to bound after it. She swatted it onto its back a few times and hopped after it before it scrambled under a bush. She sat there for a few minutes before returning to Akayashi.

Camilla started to groom herself, avoiding her legs. She flicked her tail side to side, letting it smack the grass in a weird fashion.

(Bye!!)

(Hello!) Camilla watched, then continued to groom. She started to feel a bit tired, looking up at the sky. It had already gotten a bit dark, the sun beginning to set.

(Sorry for replying late D:) Camilla tilted her head at her ears, "that's cool.."
