Hart was found running out of a burning apartment building with her arms chopped off and her torso on fire. She passed out on the street and someone was able to call 111 before others suffered death. Hart was still alive by the time she was found and was wrapped in bandages. Talking would make her spew blood. (ORIN AYO)
