LinkFirst entry, we have @EverlyJackson, with a soldier and his dog under the proud flag. It's got symbolism and it's clear to see what's being conveyed, which is part of good propaganda.

LinkNext we have our second entry from @SnobbleGhoul, with an iconic "BUY WAR BONDS." You can't go wrong with that! I also like the plane dropping bombs and the scene of a nighttime raid with AA guns and spotlights.
If I'm being honest, both of y'all are winners, since winners follow orders! But seriously, I'm giving this win to @SnobbleGhoul!

Alright I do have some advice for you, make sure to fill in your stuff. I would have made the paper's background the color of the sky so I wouldn't have to worry about it as much. You did forget to color the flag (and had it oriented the wrong way) and forgot to fill in the space between the soldier's legs. I'll be doing another challenge, and I hope to see you enter that as well!
