When Force disappeared in S4 Ep3 he was put into the embodiment of Raid, the newest character. Raid is the only character who has the ability to fuse another person into him. He did this because Force was the only character who could deflect most of Gary's attacks. Force survived Gary's blow because he could take more than Raid. The blow Gary caused was so incredibly powerful it separated Force and Raid, therefor Force survived and returned. The thing is we never saw Raid's body even though some of Force's power was transferred to him after the blow. Which means.....
