Kinshi is a spirit of a dead cat who got ran over by a car because it went through the wrong entryway. Kinshi now hangs around "DO NOT ENTER" signs and parking lots, patrolling the area. whenever someone doesn't abide by the sign, the rectangular bar on his face opens to reveal a disturbing eye and sharp teeth. It scares the victim so much they become traumatized. Otherwise, Kinshi isn't harmful. He loves people who obey traffic laws.
