LinkRomulous stares at people regularly, to observe their behavior so he can learn to imitate it. You should really only be worried if he's doing for a long time, and from semi-far away, like 10 ft and over away. Try to hide in a small space if you notice him following you. If you're out in the open, it's too late.

It's spelled wrong because it was spelled by a different humanoid race, and they write things with -us at the end like -ous.

He has some deep lore behind his spirit-type.
Like his species used to be bred for the military, and were often seen as the most trustworthy and loyal creature you could have. But now they're all extinct and their spirits are corrupt and spread throughout space, only able to take the form of dead things. But that's a whole other thing.
