My last contest was a total flop so I hope this one will be better.
So for this contest you design a character that has committed some kind of crime that has ended them up in the Angel Organization (AO) holding block. It can be human or furry (Or something in-between). But along with the design you have to come up with, and explain, what they did and any details about their species or powers. (The AO works with supernatural beings, such as demons, vampires, werewolves, humans with supernatural powers, etc.)
Rules:
No using old characters/art
No 18+ (gore is fine)
Otherwise go crazy...go stupid...
Prizes:
1st: Fanart, follow, 10 likes
2nd: Lower quality fanart, follow, 5 likes
3rd: follow, 5 likes
Note that this is based more on design than "art quality", so don't be discouraged if you think you can't draw well enough.

This is Galorb, A "Melamor." When he was a child, he looked up to another Melamor named Gary. He was part of a TV show, where he destroyed cities. Galorb thought that, since gary did it, it was okay. when he got older, he did it hundreds of times, until, one day, they put him to sleep and put him in the AO. He can spit fire and toxins, and also electrify people.
Using supernatural abilities to cause harm, or being a supernatural being and breaking laws.
There are laws set by a demonic council that the AO enforces in cooperation with demons. Another thing that can get you in trouble is if you are a creature that feeds on humans to survive, you have to get a hunting license for a certain area, as killing outside of your hunting grounds is illegal.

Her name is Shadow and she has the ability to cause death of anyone she wants and she took advantage of her gift and killed everyone she comes in eye contact with and says Have fun suffering then twists her hand and they suffocate, she abuses her powers and is a highly wanted criminal that no one can catch

He has the powers to create hallucinations,and sorta drove people insane.

He's a kind person, but got into the AO after accidentally killing someone with his power. (Power:Telekinesis) Now, he thinks he is a murderer after the AO convinced him it was on purpose.
He is Cowardly, avoids fights, has no fighting skills, voices in his head, and he doesnt have full controll of his power.
