Good! A few suggestions though, the tail overall is very stiff, maybe try studying some animations and try to make the tail drag behind the movement, kind of like when you move, long hair isn't completely frozen, it kind of follows behind. Another suggestion, try picking a specific point for the tail to come from, the tail wags and moves but it still has a specific point. It's simple enough to solve this problem, just set a point for yourself and keep the begining of the tail in somewhat the same place.
