LinkOk. I'd say get a doctors imput. Doesn't sound like growing pains (I'm not sure if those even happen in the chest) and I'm no doctor. That sounds like something that could be bad, so just ask your mom or dad or whoever your guardian is to take you to the walk in clinic.
