and another few days later, they got hacked by Flowey themselves which pretty much confirms that Flowey's sibling is real- and all of us went from suspicious to down right awful and/or feeling bad, we all hated this Flowey person to the max, I don't know if they're still out there lurking in this completely or gone about their day without FlipAnim but who knows I'm glad that they're gone??
