In the game of Deadlands, Rattlers are an absolute force to be reckoned with. Massive worm-like creatures that stalk the Mojave in search of food. They track their prey by sensing vibrations caused by footfalls on the ground above them, and ambush their prey, bursting out from underground, and entangling them in their tentacles. They weigh about 150 tons on average with larger ones being twice as heavy.
