Okay so, she's a prostitute (but secretly an assassin for an evil corporation) and she happens to have the ability to peel all of her flesh off (just showing meaty muscle) and regrow it, thus her name being the flesheater (her real name is actually Barb). Also this style change isn't really much, just an eye change and longer faces I suppose.
