Fluffy Pancakes INGREDIENTS: 2&1/4 cups milk 3/8 cups white(regular) vinegar 3 cups flour 3/8 cups white (regular) sugar 1 Tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 Tablespoon salt 3 eggs *note equal amounts of buttermilk can be used in place of milk and vinegar. DIRECTIONS: Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. (This makes a type of buttermilk) Combine everything but the eggs in a separate bowl. Then whisk the eggs into the milk. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and whisk. (Try to get out a lot of lumps.) Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Put some butter on the pan to keep the pancakes from sticking. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles start to form around the edge of the pancake and the bottom is golden brown. Flip with a spatula (magic or regular) and cook until other side is golden brown. Enjoy!

I make these ALOT, for my entire family. You can add stuff to them to make them really fun too. I've made cinnamon bun pancakes, zucchini bread pancakes, chocolate pancakes, etc. It's a really versatile recipe.

Are you talking about my picture or IRL? Lol. A lot of it depends on the batters consistency. You have to make sure it's wet enough to spread, but thick enough that it doesn't run too much.
