Linkflipanim is better for drawing/animating, and toonator is better in the social aspect

it has a lot more colour options and a lot easier to use
i just don't like the fact that if you colour in the background first you can't see the sketch you did beforehand
I say toon is easier, only because this place has only one onion layer and you cant select which frames you need, and the limited undos.
I do like the speed changes you can do though
the only thing i think i like about this place is the ability to shange speed.
