2nd place : One high quality custom oc and two regular regular quality ocs and fanart

Everybody who enters gets first pick on any not first come first serve and ota adoptable and don't have to offer ocs. All they have to do is attach this anim with their comment on the adoptable.

here is the design. You can make changes if you would like. The fire is not like an added effect. It's the dragon's way of self defense. She does not like, go out and destroy kingdoms with her fire.
