So he's basically the ghost of a Russian hacker person and usually takes the form of a cat but cat turn into pretty much anything and has lots of forms, one of them being his human form. He has the power of the internet and computers and phone lines and pretty match any electronic device. Back when he was alive in Russia, he would go into the deep web and do....deep webs stuff idk but he was wanted for murdure and rape and stuff and right when he was about to be caught he killed himself and haunted the computers and now torments users of the internet....so yeah... srry if it's kinda dumb the stories a work in progress..

Oh also on rare occasions some ppl have actually seen his ghost in the real world it's basically some creepy shadow dude like in the animation and he usually shows up by windows

And ppl have heard him on the phone too (ok I'll shut up now)
