(they're in the basement) J: (almost trips on the last stair) !! M: (catches him) careful.. J: thanks... M: NIKKI?? where are you at?? (looks around, still able to see a bit) hmm... Nikki, if this is some kind of prank, there's no guarantee you won't be met with a bat to the face if you jump out! or.. anything else down here, if it's not a prank... J: yeah..! (still trying to stay calm, looking around, basically unable to see) ...

M: wha..? how did someone get up there?? i was just... nevermind.. (leads Jay up the stairs, then up to the attic) Nikki?! J: is anyone up here?! M: yeah, if anything pops out, you can and WILL be struck in the face with this (summons a metal baseball bat) even if you can't see it...

Walks to window with flare* Well I got it in the arm but I think I made it scared

M: okay..!! (grabs Jay's hand again, leading him there quickly) J: Nikki..? what happened?? you in here?.. M: (looks under the bed and sees her) yeah, what happened?

Walks over to cardma*

M: ?? what is- J: doesn't matter! (pulls her into a closet, both of us sit down inside) M: (goes quiet to listen) J: (is also quiet)
