ok so i have this random thing that sorta triggers an anxiety attack thinking of me in the place like for example, i'm in a closet it's not locked or anything, i'd be ok with it. but if it was locked, and i couldn't escape I'd probably freak the **** out like I guess it's something where I just get scared I can't move? Or it's something like claustrophobia or whatever? idk it's just freaking me out lately
