The left side of the eye is kinda cut off like the white bit of the eye. The eyelashes end where the white bit ends more or less. If you extend the white bit a little more it will look perfect! :D

Tbh, I think that's where I suffer the most. The iris is (In my opinion) mastered, I think I just gotta work on the skin, eyelashes, wrinkles and shading.

Well, to get ya started. Draw every day. Even if you think it's crappy. Practice makes perfect. And watch a lot of tutorials and speed draw/paints.
