Okay, so if there are 10 stab wounds, it probably wasn't Volt or Steam, a robot wouldn't feel the need to make so many. But of the two, Steam is more likely. She's already bleeding and if she has blood on her hands she could say it's her own. And she's the only calm one here, likely trying to throw us off her scent. Smiccy has a jail record and is likely to be suspected, however he doesn't look worried at all.
Seeing as Ian is the only one without a revenge motive, a lot of people would put it past him. But that's all the more reason to proceed. He does seem likely to make 10 stab wounds because of his anger issues.
Still, Steam could've done it. Definitely not Volt. Smiccy knows he would be a likely suspect, given he's not too stupid that would probably deter him. Still, a robot would need to get the blood off her hands quickly. To do that, you need water, and robots take water damage.
