Can give give you a word of advise.....well you seem like a nice girl and that right there is the problem. I use be like either to nice too talk back or too nice to fight back. You got to start fighting back by this i mean give her angry stares when s/he crosses you or by telling that simply that what she's doing isn't nice and that what every she decide to do in the future to leave you out of it.
