I didn't see one of the rules, whoops. Anyways Wonderous likes to travel a lot, with their balloon companion that'll speak for them. They could easily travel in rain with rain coat and boots, which easily is one of their favorites to visit. They're a smart, sly, but calm and nice fellow. The rings were inspired by Traffic, my other O.C. They could be considered a fennec fox with a raccoon though.
