i mean i did get the vibe that this was inspired by me to be honest? i have nothing against having a similar character, traffic cone head ocs are nothing new and im not going to criticize you for making an object head oc when i made one of the same type. if they're the same object, it's bound to be similar, so.
i wouldn't call this character theft pom. its just that two people accidentally made similar characters.
Spaceguts didn’t copyright cone heads, so it dosnt matter if she’s ok with it anyways. I just get annoyed when people think that if they make an OC with a certain detail that all of a sudden they own that detail and if anyone makes an OC with a similar detail they’re “OC thiefs”

I'm not saying that. Both characters are very similar- fluffy winged creatures with conefaces. Granted, I cannot see all of yours, but they are both very unique in design, yet nearly identical designwise. The color is different, but otherwise oddly similar.
I appologize, but I find it hard to think that two drastically unique characters have no correlating inspiration.
I'm not saying it is necessarily theft, it isn't the same oc. I am only trying to find out if this was in any way inspired as they are very similar.
And if one oc has a very unique trait it makes me a little suspicious, but I realize that perhaps this unique trait is actually a common thing I was unaware of, like screen head ocs.
