LinkSo, this is totally random, but I'm curious. ;)
What is something that just makes you happy for no reason. I want to know. A song, a sport, certain stories and characters, drawing, making music, ANYTHING. (as long as it's kid-friendly) What could you get lost in for hours easily because you love it so much.

LinkAnd if you can, explain why you like it so much. But if you can't that's fine too, because I know sometimes it's just impossible to explain. XD

because of the amount of support
Photography.
The feeling of capturing the perfect moment in a still image, to be able to see every detail, the feeling you get from just looking at that picture, knowing that you found a way to bottle that exhilaration for years on end, in just a single photo.
It's amazing.
I like animating here. I like how you can show emotion and build a story with characters.
Also I like dipping my hands in cold water.
For some reason.
Animating, playing with my N nendoroid, watching Youtube, you name it, as long as it's digital of involves cute things I love it.
80s music
Or stuff like Tame Impala. Very calming music.
Music in general fills the empty space within me hAhh
DoGs. Puppies to old canines, chihuahuas to great Danes, I love them all. Whenever I see one, even if I'm in the car and the dog and its owner is just strolling on the sidewalk or I'm just really sad, I would immediately notice and unconsciously smile at it. (This is why my parents won't let me get a dog because they think I'll just dedicate my whole life on it and not do anything else XD).
*I know its weird that I love dogs so much because I seem like a cat person with too many cats. I love other animals with all my heart too but it's just not the same (sorry kitties, mom has picked her favourite child and its not you :) )
My faith.
My little sisters.
Different music. A lot of Tolkien themed songs and fanart.
Really good comics and comic book movies (DC Comics), Shazam! especially.
The animals I work with. Octopuses. Sharks. Lizards.
Oh goodness... explanations... Um, I think my faith and sisters (and the rest of my family, but I'm terrible because I'm v partial to my two sisters) are self-explanatory.
I love the depth of Tolkien's world, the sheer unbridled heroism of the characters. I just find it so uplifting.
I've been in love with DC comics for years. I find their characters and stories so wonderful and fascinating. It's... I can't really put it into words, but I love how each of their heroes/movies has a different tone to it. Like Wonder Woman was inspirational and, in my eyes, so hopeful. So was Man of Steel. Batman movies are more grim and then, in contrast, there's Shazam! which is so lighthearted yet serious and heartfelt in all the right places. Like... I know Suicide Squad and JL were terrible (and I think WB and Whedon were more to blame), but to me it was so obvious how much effort was going into making a good movie with a certain theme. And Man of Steel was the first superhero movie I went to see in theaters.
I was star struck and... maybe crushing on Superman so there's that, but also it's so... nostalgic for me and was one of my first steps into this... absolutely incredible universe.
I love the animals I work with because... they're just... they've got so much personality. Most people don't think you would find that with octopuses and lizards, but you do and it's so... rewarding because you've got this positive relationship with this animal where... they know you and it's incredible and I wouldn't trade it for anything and it makes me so, so happy to walk in in the morning and see... the big lizard curled up and sleeping in his blankie (he loves his blankie) or the boa constrictor poking his head out of his hide to check out what you're doing bc he's curious.
