well in theory i think laying down helps, you should drink lots of water, snuggle into a shit ton of blankets, and have something warm on your stomach should maybe help ??
I dont get them often, but they suck a LOT
They feel like when I wanna throw up but I don't feel like doing it at that moment
I got mine in 5th grade and HOT DAMN that social studies class when I had it was unbearable
