I will admit this is prompted by something recent about SammyLeYEETUS referencing something they were told not to by the original creator. However this is over something I hold to the same or a higher level of offense.

A couple days ago they posted a drawing made someone I sorta kinda know, Kendi for short. The drawing was a request Kendi drew for Samwiched.

Kendi gave the file to Samwiched, and although I don't know for sure, I believe the file was intended to go only to Samwiched.
So Sammy posts this picture, made by somebody else, and as you can see she wasn't supposed to have it, based on her recent comments from the screenshot. Her excuse? She liked it.
Moving on to what others had to say.
It got 7 likes before Sammy deleted it. I don't remember exactly what some comments said, but I believe someone asked if she had permission to use it.
I said something along the lines of "did you just file snatch?".

LinkMy comment was deleted. If there is one thing that annoys the shit out of me it's my comment being deleted without be being told why.
I commented on it again, I think this is what I said,
"Delete my comment and I delete your reputation. I screenshotted this."
They took the drawing down seconds after.
Now, I wasn't going to "delete their reputation" with my screenshot/rant thing, but since they caused more trouble I thought I might as well point out what they've done just a couple days ago.
Sammy, I don't really hate you or anything. You've made mistakes and you need to just apologize for them instead of trying to run away. My opinion of you is on shaky ground though, the way you respond, or don't, to this is a pretty big factor of how I'm going to remember you from here on out. My opinion probably doesn't matter to you, but it might be an opinion shared by others as well.

LinkSummary, if short on time: The accused stole and uploaded a file that wasn't meant for them.
personally if she's done this and referenced my art without consent, her only excuse and defense being "she liked it", i personally think she should be punished by flipanim. she's snatched a file, she's reffed my art without consent, what's next? i don't know and i don't want to know, and i think it's bad enough to have at least a warning from fa themselves.
